Why does utorrent download speed go up and down periodically? My utorrent download speed looks like a sine wave. Some times it goes to max and the next moment it will be at minimum? I have recently downloaded utorrent 2.2 which is the latest version as of 26/10/10. How do I keep my download speed to a fixed level? Thanks.
